You are purchasing an authentic 1989 KOS Yugoslavia Michael Jordan Sticker #128. This sticker was hand-cut out of the original sticker album. For whatever reason, PSA is no longer grading these hand-cut stickers. If you search terapek, you will see psa graded authentic stickers of this exact card that are basically the same as this one for sale (give or take centering, etc. You can also see the stuck page being blue on my item plus the ones psa graded as authentic. I bought this off one of the biggest Michael Jordan collectors out there and am happy to connect you to him for a vouch.
