Renewed passion in collecting cards focusing solely on hockey. I'm not a business owner, not a massive collector - I simply enjoy and appreciate quality cards and the hockey community. Not here to rip anyone off, or feel I've been taken advantage of. In some cases the value of the card may be more than the comp - there can be emotional attachment. I'm strictly a collector doing this with my kids, looking to grab stuff they’ll enjoy and some they can hold onto as investments until they are older. With that said, I’m mostly looking for GOATS, preferably rookies, and I'm very unlikely to move GOATS unless for others GOATS. I generally prefer trading up, and will happily trade in your favor to do so. On some cards, I may be higher because I’m in deeper or not motivated to move them (safe to assume I’ve likely got a good handle on the comps), but I always try to be fair and open to discussion, and I’ll certainly always respond. Ultimately, it’s important that both sides leave happy - this doesn’t have to be a zero sum game. Keep the hobby enjoyable. Cheers!
